What happens?
When opening a design or Promob, on the Home Screen, the company data is incorrect.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because, for some reason, the file that stores the customer data is corrupted.
What to do?

Check if Promob has Manager One:

It has Manager One
-
Open a request to Promob Support informing the Company Name that is being displayed on the screen and what data should be displayed to be verified.

Does not have Manager One

Open the design and manually delete the incorrect information from the company data;

Close Promob;

Go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Procad\Promob (Manufacturer Name)\Repository. NOTE: the ProgramData folder is a hidden folder, if it is not being displayed, click here;

Locate and delete the Formulary.sys file;

Open Promob and note that the company data has been deleted. Register the correct data.
