To access this functionality, it is necessary that the Technical Assistance plugin is activated and using a version of Promob equal to or greater than 5.60.23.0, in addition to having Connect in version 2.2.15.0 or higher.
The purpose of this feature is to generate service option budgets for unavailable items.
To access it, follow the steps below:
1. When opening a project, it may contain unavailable items, as shown in the image below:
2. When generating the XML budget for this project, these items are not listed because they are unavailable.
3. If they are in a technical assistance option, the budget lists the unavailable items, as in the example below:
4. The information in the XML is available in the UNAVAILABLEITEMS element and has the following values:
- ID: ID of item in the library;
- Width: item width;
- Height: item height;
- Depth: item depth;
- UniqueID: Unique item ID in the project;
- UniqueParentId: Unique father item ID in the project;
- GuidBuilder: Unique item ID in the project, when the project has Builder products.
