What happens?
When activating Promob, the message It is possible that the Promob activation data is not saved. This process will be restarted the next time you open Promob is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:

There is some corrupt information stored in the activation log file.
What to do?

Use hardware key

Open a request to Promob Support for the hardware key cleaning process to be performed.

Does not use hardware key

Solution 1: Activate Promob again

Reopen Promob and activate again.

Solution 2: Delete .sys file

Go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Procad. NOTE: The ProgramData folder is a hidden folder, if not showing, click here;

Locate and delete the (number).sys file.
