What happens?
When updating Promob, the message There are no files to update. Do you want to close the Promob Update? is displayed.


Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. At the time the update started, there was no Promob file to update;
2. When there are updates to be downloaded, the situation can be caused by an oscillation in the Internet connection or even due to limitations (proxy, firewall, antivirus, among others).
What to do?
1. Delete the temporary files from the Promob Update;
2. Update Promob again.
Solution 2: Check for folder existence
1. Go to Local Disk (C:)\User\Logged_ User\Appdata\Local\Virtual Store and check if there is a Promob folder. NOTE: the AppData folder is a hidden folder, if it is not displayed click here;
Solution 3: Check Internet connection
1. Check that the computer is connected to the Internet and that the connection is stable.
Solution 4: Check Internet Limiters
1. Request assistance from the computer technician to check the presence of Internet access limiters (proxy, firewall, antivirus, among others) or viruses that may be preventing the connection to the Promob server. Request the release of the ports, websites and IPs used by Promob and its products.
Solution 5: Open request to Promob
1. Open a request to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
