What happens?

Why does it happen?
The situation arises for one of the following reasons:
1. Promob is not activated;
2. The ProcadUpdate.config file, which stores the Promob Update settings, is corrupted (its information cannot be read);
3. For some unknown reason, the file has been removed.
What to do?
Procedure 1: Check that the subscription is active
1. Go to portal.promob.com and log in to your account;
2. Go to the Subscriptions - Manage menu;
3. Filter by the product you use and check that the subscription status is active.
Procedure 2: Activating Promob
Check that Promob is activated. For more information, go here.
Procedure 3: Rename Promob Update cache file
1. With Promob closed, go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Procad\Promob (Manufacturer Name)\Config\ProcadUpdate and rename the ProcadUpdate.config file. If you can't find the ProgramData folder, see the article: How to show hidden folders and files?
2. Try updating Promob again.
