Promob - How to find the preg file?

To locate the preg file:

IMPORTANT:

  1. The preg file name is formed by the date, with the year in front, when the Promob was activated. Example: preg_210716.log, where the file date is 7/16/21;

  2. Somente execute este procedimento quando solicitado pelo Suporte Técnico da Promob.

1. With the Promob closed, go to Local Disk (C:)\Users\logged_username\AppData\Local\Temp. NOTE: The AppData folder is a hidden folder, if not showing, click here;

2. Locate the text file with the extension log. NOTE: If the file extension is not displayed, click here.
