Whats happen?
When trying to pay for the order with a credit card, the message Access not authorized is displayed.
Why does it happen?
1. The message is displayed because payment was not allowed when logging on to the Payment Gateway.
2. The credit card used for payment may be defective.
What to do?
Delete temporary browser files
1. Remove the browser's temporary files. Here's how.
2. After clearing the browser's cache, open a new web browser page;
3. Log in again to the Promob Services Portal and make a new attempt to pay for the order.
Check credit card
If the situation persists, contact the bank responsible for your card, and check that everything is correct with the credit card used.
