What happens?
When accessing the Portal and logging in, the message The system presented an invalid operation is displayed, this unconformity may be caused by some configuration or software that interferes with your internet browsing.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the user's connection has some Internet access limiter (proxy, firewall, antivirus, among others) that is blocking access to the Portal.
What to do?
Solution 1: perform navigation test
1. Access some commercial sites and social networks (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Olhar Digital, Ebay, Hotmail, for example) and check if access to any of them is blocked in the same way that occurred with the Portal;
2. If access to the websites is blocked, request assistance from the IT technician to release the ports, websites and IPs used by Promob and its products;
Solution 2: perform proxy test
1. Test for proxy;
2. If any proxy blocking is identified, request assistance from the IT technician to release the ports, sites and IPs used by Promob and its products;
Solution 3: delete Internet Explorer browsing history
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools - Internet Options menu;
IMPORTANT: if the Tools menu is not displayed, press the Alt key;
2. On the General tab, click on the Delete button. Check the Preserve favorite website data, temporary internet files and website files and Cookies and website data options;
3. Click Delete;
4. Click Apply - OK;
Solution 4: reset Internet Explorer settings
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools - Internet Options menu;
IMPORTANT: if the Tools menu is not displayed, press the Alt key;
2. On the Advanced tab, click Reset;
3. In the window that appears, click Reset;
4. Click Close;
Solution 5: check internet limiters
1. Request help from the IT technician to check the presence of Internet access limiters (proxy, firewall, antivirus, among others) or viruses that may be preventing the connection to Promob's server and the release of ports, sites and IPs used by Promob and its products;
