What happens?
In the Promob Portal, when you click Buy Now, and add an item with a certain service code to the cart, everything happens as expected. However, when you try to add another item to the cart and this item has a service code other than the first item, the following message appears:
Why does it happen?
This situation occurs for two reasons:
1. The user already has at least one item in his shopping cart.
2. The items already in the cart have a different service code than the item you are trying to add to the cart.
What to do?
To correct the situation, perform the following procedures:
1. Access the cart in the Portal Promob and complete the current order;
2. Make a new order with this desired item.
