IMPORTANT:
• This procedure apply only to orders placed by the customer directly on the Promob Portal.
• Only for payment via bank slip.
What happens?
When an order with a boleto payment method is finalized, and the collection of the information required to generate the boleto has been completed, the user is directed to their orders page and the message Order Finished is displayed.
What to do?
The Portal's automatic service processes the order to generate the boleto, and a new screen appears with the respective boleto.
