What happens?
It is necessary to change the user name in the Promob Portal, the field for this change is disabled for editing, as described in the image below:
What to do?
1. Go to the Identity website. To access the site, click here.
2. Log in with your user credentials.
3. After loading the site, go to the My User tab.
4. In the First and Last Name field, proceed with changing the user’s first and last name.
5. Then click the Save button.
6. After that, reopen the Promob Portal and check if the information has been updated.
