What happens?
In Promob Portal, when you click Buy Now, and you have added an item that is classified as a service in a cart that already has an item classified as a product, the following message is displayed:
Why does it happen?
This situation occurs for two reasons:
1. You already have at least one item in your shopping cart;
2. At least one of the items in the shopping cart is classified as a product. Items categorized as product include items like Promob Plus, Promob Arch, among others.
What to do?
To correct the situation, perform the following procedures:
1. Access the cart in the Portal Promob and complete the current order;
2. Make a new order with this desired item.
