What happens?
By clicking on the Activate Now button on the activation screen, nothing happens and it is not possible to complete the activation of Promob.
What to do?
Solution 1: Query Internet Explorer Version

See the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer;

If the version is lower than version 11, please update your Internet browser.
Solution 2: Configure Internet Explorer

Click on the menu Tools - Internet Options. IMPORTANT: if the Tools menu is not displayed press the Alt key;

Click the Security tab, click Trusted Sites and then the Sites button;

In the Trusted Sites window, uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone. In Add this site to the zone add the Service Portal address (portal.promob.com) and click Add.
Solution 3: Reset Internet Explorer settings
- Click on the menu Tools - Internet Options. IMPORTANT: if the Tools menu is not displayed press the Alt key;
- Click the Advanced tab and then the Restore advanced settings button. Click Apply;
- Click Reset. In the window that appears, click Reset. After the reset process is finished, click Close;
- Click Apply - OK.
Solution 4: Check Internet Limiters
- Check for the presence of Internet limiters that may be blocking the download of files. Click here and see the ports, sites and IPs to be released.
Solution 5: Check the proxy setting on the computer

Close the Promob activation window;

Go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Procad. NOTE: The ProgramData folder is a hidden folder, if not showing, click here;

Locate and delete the Promob.Proxy.config file;

Go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Procad\Promob(Manufacturer Name);

Locate and delete the proxy.config file;

Open Promob and activate.
