What happens?
When saving the registration data in the hardware key, the message It was not possible to save the activation data in the hardware key. If the problem persists, please contact Promob's Call Center is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the hardware key may be out of order and with that the Promob activation data is not saved.
What to do?
Solution 1: check the hardware key
Check that the hardware key is securely connected to the computer and activate again.
Solution 2: test the hardware key
Test the hardware key on another computer.
Solution 3: clear the hardware key contents
Open a request to Promob Support to clean the hardware key.
