What happens?
When updating Promob, the message An unknown error has occurred. Step: Downloading the package list is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because some file, used in the update process, may be being used in another process.
What to do?
Solution 1: restart the Promob update
1. Close all open programs;
2. Access the Tools - Update Promob menu again and start updating Promob.
Solution 2: delete the temporary files from the Promob Update
1. Delete the temporary files from the Promob Update;
2. If the situation persists even after performing the procedures for solutions 1 and 2, open a solicitation to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
