What happens?
In the Promob toolbar, the plugin builder icons are not displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation may occur because:
- Plugins are not active;
- The plugins are active, but Promob didn't install them by the update;
- The Builder plugin is not active for the system.
What to do?
Solution 1: enable plugins
- Access the menu Tools – Plugins within the Promob;
- Activate Builder plugins.
Solution 2: update Promob
- Update Promob to install plugins.
Solution 3: Check Builder plugin activation
In order for the other builder plugins to be available for use, it is necessary that the system has the Plugin Builder as a system plugin and that the customer's account has a subscription for it.
- Check in Tools – Plugins if the Builder plugin is enabled;
- If the Builder plugin is not active and is being listed among the plugins, activate the plugin;
- If Plugin Builder is not being listed among the available plug-ins, it is necessary to verify that your account has a Plugin Builder subscription, by subscription management;
- If your account does not have a plugin Builder subscription, contact Promob Support.
