Through the Promob Services Portal, it is possible to manage the subscriptions of the products. This procedure allows identifying if each Serial Number is activated on the correct computer, it is also possible to check if there was an exchange of subscriptions between computers, in addition to controlling the activations carried out.
To manage subscriptions:
1. Consult the Serial Number activated on each computer through the Help - About menu.
2. To consult the computer name, access the menu Help - Support - Computer information - Machine name.

How do I access the subscription management page?
To access the subscription management page:
1. Access the Promob Services Portal.
2. If you have more than one account on the Portal, on the right side of the window, click on the name of the current account and select the account you want to access.
3. Click on the Manufacturer - Subscriptions menu.
4. Use the filters to locate the subscriptions.
5. Click on the tab to expand the customer's serial numbers.
6. Click on the Serial Number to consult more information, in the Details tab.
How to export subscription information?
To export subscription information:
1. Click Export.
2. Save the generated *.csv file to a location on your computer.
How to lock the subscription?
Suspending a subscription implies interrupting the use of Promob for a certain period of time, defined by the Manufacturer. Terminating a subscription means discontinuing the use of Promob, and the subscription cannot be released again for use.
A subscription suspended by the Manufacturer cannot be used or updated. The charge of subscription renews is canceled for as long as the subscription is suspended. When the license is terminated, the subscription is permanently deactivated, as well as the charge of subscription renews.
The main difference between suspending and terminating a subscription to use Promob refers to the later use of the subscription, because when you terminate a subscription, it cannot be used again, and you must adhere to a new subscription.
The suspension of a license may occur when a retailer has some pending issue with the factory. As this pendency can be temporary, the subscription can be released for use again. The termination of a subscription can occur when the retailer is no longer a customer of the factory. Thus, the Manufacturer can terminate its subscription so that they are no longer used.
IMPORTANT: This procedure can only be performed by a user who has the Manufacturer profile.
ATTENTION: If, when reversing the suspension of a subscription, it is identified that the serial number has expired, it is necessary for the merchant to renew the subscription with retroactive payment in order to resume using the Promob. |
To request a subscription lock:
1. Click on the Serial Number and then on Actions.
2. The Suspend and Cancel options are enabled.
- Suspend: suspend the use of the subscription for a period. Select the reason for the suspension, if the reason requires a description, it must be filled in. After that click on Yes.
- Cancel: terminates the use of the subscription permanently. Read the instructions and, if you agree, select the reason for the cancellation, if the reason asks for a description you must fill it in. After that click Yes.
How to unlock the subscription?

IMPORTANT:
- Only Promob subscriptions that have been suspended can be unlocked;
- This procedure can only be performed by a user who has the Manufacturer profile.
1. Click on the Serial Number and then on Actions.
2. Click Release.
3. When you confirm the subscription unlock, it becomes an active subscription again.

How to consult the reason for subscription blocking?
To query the reason for subscription blocking:
1. Click on the Serial Number you wish to consult.
2. Information about the reason is displayed on the Details tab.
Subscription with Expired status
- This situation is represented by the color red.
- It may mean that the subscription is pending;
- It may mean that the subscription has been suspended by the Manufacturer;
- It may mean that the subscription has been canceled;
- It may mean that the subscription has expired;
Click on the Serial Number, so the Details tab is loaded on the right side, and you can view detailed information about the subscription status.
