What happens?
When activating the plugin, the plugins window is displayed in white, preventing the activation process from continuing.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
1. There are no plugin subscriptions on the same account where the Promob subscription is registered;
2. Promob version is 2012 or lower.
What to do?
Check the Promob version via the Help - About menu:
Version 5.34.15 or lower
1. The plugin activation process for Promob 2012 or lower versions is performed differently from the current version of Promob. It is necessary to install the plugin and then activate it. Click here and find the plugin version you want to download;
2. After completing the plugin installation, open Promob and activate the plugin.
Version 5.35.0 or higher
1. Check through the Service Portal - Manage Subscriptions if there are plugin subscriptions to be activated in the same account where the Promob subscription is registered. NOTE: You can only activate a plugin subscription that is linked to the same account as the Promob subscription;
2. If there is a plugin subscription on the account, but the situation persists, follow the procedures below:
- With Promob closed, go to Local Disk (C:)\ProgramData\Procad\Promob (Manufacturer Name). NOTE: The ProgramData folder is a hidden folder, if not showing, click here;
- Locate and delete the Plugins folder;
- Open Promob and update it through Promob Update;
- Go to the Tools - Plugins menu and check if the plugin to be activated is displayed.
