What happens?
When activating Promob, the Promob Service Portal page is automatically displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the Internet Explorer version is not the one recommended for using Promob.
What to do?
- Check the computer requirements for using Promob and check if the version of Internet Explorer installed on the computer is the recommended version:

- Version equal or higher: open a request to Promob Support for the situation to be verified;
- Lower version: ask your IT technician for assistance in updating Internet Explorer to the version indicated in the Promob requirements.
