What happens?
When saving the design, the message Promob identified a problem in saving the file. Please save the design again is displayed.


Why does it happen?
The message is displayed because some unconformity was generated during the design, and it is recommended to save with another name to avoid that the unconformity has corrupted the design, and it is lost.

What to do?
Solution 1: save the design again

Click OK on the message and save the design again.
Solution 2: save design to Desktop

If you are saving the design over a network, save it to your computer's Desktop. Promob suggests that designs be saved in a local directory.
Solution 3: check external texture

Check if an external texture has been inserted into the design or if a 3D file has been imported. If so, remove the external textures and 3D objects and save the design. If the design is saved, re-enter the texture and 3D file.
Solution 4: check Windows administrative permissions

Request assistance from the IT technician to check the administrative permissions of the user logged into Windows in the directory where the designs are saved. NOTE: in Windows 8 the user must be the computer administrator.
Solution 5: open request to Promob

Open a request to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
