What happens?
When generating a budget, the unconformity below is presented and the budget is not generated:
Why does it happen?
It happens due to a mouse configuration in Windows.
What to do?
To correct the situation, perform the steps below:
1. Open Windows Control Panel;
2. Click on Hardware and Sound;
3. Click on Mouse:
4. Click on the Pointer Options tab, uncheck Automatically move pointer to default button in a dialog box and click OK:
5. Close and open Promob, generate the budget again.
If the situation is not resolved, open a request on the Service Portal or contact Promob Support.
