Promob - Unconformity: object reference not set to an instance of an object

What happens?

When Promob is opened or while it is being used, the unconformity Object reference not defined for an instance of an object is displayed.

What to do?

Solution 1: update Promob

1. Update Promob from menu Windows Start - Programs - Promob - Promob (Manufacturer Name) - Promob Update.

Solution 2: open request to Promob

1. Open a request to Promob Support and attach the unconformity report to be checked.
