What happens?
When saving the project, the Unconformity saving solution is generated and the design is not saved.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because an external texture or a 3D file, imported into Promob, is corrupted.
What to do?
Solution 1: Check 3D items and design textures

Close the Unconformities window;

If the design is saved on a network, save it on the computer's Desktop. IMPORTANT: Promob recommends that designs be saved in a local directory;

Check if the project has any external textures or if any 3D files were imported. If so, remove the textures and the 3D item and save the design. If you manage to save the file, reinsert the 3D File and the texture;
Solution 2: Check Windows administrative permissions

Request assistance from the IT technician to check the administrative permissions of the user logged into Windows in the directory where the designs are saved. IMPORTANT: on computers with Windows 8 operating system, the logged-in user must be the computer administrator;
Solution 3: open a request for Promob

Open a request to Promob Support attaching the design to be verified;
