What happens?
When Promob is opened, the Unconformity The origin was not found is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur due to the following situations:
1. Inactive subscription;
2. Lack of user permissions to run Promob.
What to do?
Procedure 2: Generate CNC files
1. When generating, choose the desktop to save the file.
Procedure 3: Checking the subscription status
1. Go to portal.promob.com and log in to your account;
2. Go to the Subscriptions - Manage tab and locate the Promob subscription you are using;
3. Check the status of the subscription and if it has expired, renew it. For more information, go here;
4. If the subscription is inactive, contact Promob Support.
Procedure 4: run Promob as administrator
1. Close the nonconformity;
2. Right-click on the Promob icon on the desktop;
3. Click on Run as Administrator.
Procedure 5: Check administrative permissions
