Some Promob features use online services and requests, therefore, incorrect computer date and time can lead to unwanted situations when using the system.
To check and adjust this data, carry out the following processes:
1. In the lower right corner of the screen, right-click on the date and time, and click Adjust date and time.
2. Select the time zone corresponding to your region.
3. If the date and time are not correct yet, turn off the Set time automatically option.
4. In the Set the date and time manually option, click Change.
5. On the next screen, set the date and time and click Change.
IMPORTANT: If any of the previously mentioned configuration options are not accessible/available, your computer is being managed by your organization, and therefore some actions are limited.
In this case, contact your Information Technology department, or a trusted technician, and ask for the date and time on your computer to be updated.
