What happens?
When installing Promob the message An unhandled exception occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore the error and try to continue. is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because some Promob installation file is corrupted or because a hardware component is having problems.
What to do?
Solution 1: Check Promob Installation CD

Make sure you have the Promob installation CD:

It has the installation CD: create a folder on the Desktop and make a copy of the files from the Promob installation CD. Install Promob from the CD copy;

It doesn't have the installation CD: download the Promob installation files through the Promob Downloader;

Solution 2: open request to Promob

Open a request to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
