Promob - Opening - Unconformity Positive number required

What happens?

When trying to open Promob, the Unconformity below is displayed

ArgumentOutOfRangeException:

    System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Positive number required.

Why does it happen?

The situation can occur when some local Promob file is corrupted.

What to do?

Check the Additional Unconformity information for the indicated directory:

• Directory in local folder (C:\ProgramData...)
  1. Close Promob;
  2. Access the indicated directory C:\ProgramData\Procad\Promob (system name)\...
  3. Locate and rename the file indicated in the Unconformity, adding the underlined character to the name;
  4. Try again to open Promob;
• Diretório na pasta raiz (C:\Program Files...)
  1. Close Promob;
  2. Access the indicated directory C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob (system name)\...
  3. Locate and rename the file indicated in the Unconformity;
  4. Access the directory C:\Program Files\Promob\Promob (system name)\Program\Bin\Update;
  5. Run the PromobUpdate.exe file;
  6. Check the Full Verification option and wait for the update;
  7. After installing the updates, try again to open Promob;
