What happens?
When starting the Promob installation, the message System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: The system cannot find the specified path: [path]. is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation happens when the media is incomplete as the installer cannot find the files on the media.
What to do?
1. Redo the Promob download via Promob Downloader.
2. After the download finishes, reinstall the Promob.
3. If the situation persists, it is possible that there is some third-party software blocking the files downloaded by Promob Downloader. Check that software such as ByteFence and MalwareBytes are installed. If so, we recommend that these antivirus be uninstalled and replaced by another one, as they block Promob files.
