What happens?
When downloading Promob files, the process locks in some file and no message is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
- Internet connection fluctuation;
- Loss of Internet connection while downloading;
- Antivirus blocking;
- Promob Downloader server instability.
What to do?
Solution 1: Download again
1. Cancel Promob download;
2. Access the Promob Portal and start downloading files again. IMPORTANT: whenever you restart downloading files, select the same destination folder that was selected in the first download. For example: if the selected folder was the Desktop, select this directory again.
Solution 2: Temporarily disable the antivirus
1. Cancel Promob download;
2. Disable the antivirus temporarily;
3. Access the Promob Portal and start downloading files again. IMPORTANT: whenever you restart downloading files, select the same destination folder that was selected in the first download. For example: if the selected folder was Desktop, select this directory again.
Solution 3: Check Internet Connection
1. If you are using a wi-fi connection, download the files to the computer via cable connection.
