What happens?
During the Promob update, in the file verification stage, the process is interrupted whenever it reaches a certain percentage.


Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the Promob files cannot be scanned by the Promob Update, as they may be temporarily corrupted or inaccessible.
What to do?
- Close the Promob Update and update the Promob again;
- If the message is displayed again, check if it is always displayed when reaching the same percentage. Open a solicitation to Promob Support for the situation to be verified.
