To delete the temporary files from the Promob Update:
IMPORTANT: only perform this procedure when requested by Promob.
1. With Promob closed, access Local Disk (C:)\Users\login_username\AppData\Local\Temp
Or access the Windows Start menu and on Search programs and files type: % temp% and press Enter.
NOTE: the AppData folder is a hidden folder, if it is not displayed click here;
2. In the Temp folder, locate and delete all folders that start with pu_.
TIP: Pressione as teclas, Ctrl + A para selecionar tudo e depois pressione a tecla Delete.
