What happens?
When opening Promob, at the moment when Promob Update is downloading the files in the temporary folder and one of them cannot be accessed, as it is already in use by another application, the message "The file (file name) could not be replaced because it is in use. Close any programs that may be using it."

Why does it happen?
The situation can occur for the following reasons:
- When writing information to the temporary folder that stores the update information to be installed, Promob Update identifies that one of the files or folders is being used by another process;
- Some update file was not downloaded correctly.
What to do?
Solution 1: end process
Access the Task Manager (press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys simultaneously). Click on the Processes tab. Locate and select the Promob5.exe process. Click End Process.
Delete the temporary files from the Promob Update
Update Promob through the menu Windows Start - All Programs - Promob - Promob (Manufacturer's Name) - Promob Update.
Solution 2: run Promob as an administrator
