Promob - Unconformity: Loading CODON Type Collection [Promob.LightWorksView.dll]

What happens?

When Promob is opened, the unconformity Loading CODON type collection [Promob.LightWorksView.dll] is displayed.

Why does it happen?

The situation can occur for the following reasons:

1. The user does not have a Render Up subscription on the same Promob account. For this reason, Render Up was not updated with Promob, generating a conflict between the plugin version and the Promob version;

2. The user has a Render Up subscription, but it is no longer linked to Promob. For this reason, Render Up was not updated with Promob, generating a conflict between the Plugin version and the Promob version;

What to do?

1. Close the unconformity and open Promob;

2. Uninstall Render Up;

3. Activate Render Up again;
