What happens?
When opening Promob or downloading Promob via Promob Downloader, the message An application on your computer needs the following Windows component is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because a Windows component, required to use Promob and Promob Downloader, is not activated.
- Click the Download and Install this feature option and install the Windows component;
- IMPORTANT: Promob recommends closing all programs as Windows may be restarted to complete the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5;
