What happens?
When downloading the product files, the message Error getting the products to download. Unable to connect. Check your internet connection.


Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because, while displaying the list of products available for download, an Internet connection problem occurred.
What to do?
Solution 1: Check Internet Connection
- Check the Internet connection on the computer and then download the files again.
Solution 2: Access the Portal again
- Click Sign out to sign out of the account in the Service Portal. Log in again after downloading the files.
