Update Windows
Update Windows Update using the step-by-step below, or ask your computer technician for assistance:
1. Access the Control Panel and double-click on the Windows Update option;
2. In the window that appears, click Check for updates;
3. After the updates are downloaded, click Install updates;
4. Perform the installation of optional updates for the Microsoft .Net Framework;
IMPORTANT: the option to check for Windows updates is usually intentionally disabled by the computer technician or person responsible for maintaining the computer. Promob recommends checking this situation before carrying out the procedure.
