To replace the version of Promob Update:
IMPORTANT: only perform this procedure when requested by Promob Technical Support.
1. Close Promob;
2. Download the updated version of Promob Update;
3. Check if the downloaded compressed folder is blocked by right-clicking on it, selecting Properties, and going to the General tab. In the Security section, if it is marked as blocked, check the Unblock option and click Apply.
4. Unzip the folder with the Promob Update files and copy them.
IMPORTANT: For more information on how to decompress files, click here.
5. Go to Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Manufacturer's Name)\Program\Bin and paste the copied files, replacing them all;
6. Afterwards, open the folder Local Disk (C:)\Program Files\Promob\Promob (Manufacturer's Name)\Program\Bin\Update and run the PromobUpdate.exe application in the folder, in order to check if there are any updates available.
