The Product Code is a code formed by letters and identifies the computer where Promob is installed.
IMPORTANT:
- This procedure applies to Promob Plus, Promob Arch, Promob Academic, Promob Base, Promob Premium, Promob Studio, Promob Lite, Promob Catalog and Promob Start;
- The Product Code can only be viewed after activating Promob.

Find Product Code on Promob
1. Open Promob and press the F11 key on your keyboard or access the Help - About menu;
2. The Product Code is displayed in the About window of Promob.

The last Promob Product Code can also be consulted on the Promob Services Portal, but the Code displayed on the Portal may differ from the Code displayed on the Promob due to being out of date on the Portal.
