When accessing the subscription renewal page, subscriptions to renew are not displayed.
Why does it occur?
The situation may occur because it has already been renewed, because it is suspended by the manufacturer because it has been canceled, or the user is accessing a different account.
What to do?
1. Go to Promob Services Portal and select the Subscriptions - Manage Subscriptions menu;
2. Check subscription Status:
If the subscription is suspended by the factory:
- Check the reason given and for more information, contact the manufacturer itself.
- After the manufacturer releases the subscription, it may be renewed.
If the subscription is canceled:
- Contact Promob Support to verify the reason.
3. Verify that the account you accessed is the correct account.
- To do this, click on the account name in the upper right corner;
- In My Accounts, locate the correct account.
