What happens?
When accessing the subscription renewal page, subscriptions to renew are not displayed.
Why does it occur?
The situation may occur because it has already been renewed, because it is suspended by the manufacturer because it has been canceled, or the user is accessing a different account.
What to do?
1. Access the Promob Support Portal, and click Enter In to connect the account.
2. Click on Subscriptions - Management.
3. On the Manage Subscriptions screen, check the Subscription Status.
If the subscription shows as Expired:
- Check with the department responsible for managing subscriptions for assistance. They will be able to help you renew the subscription or provide guidance on how to proceed to resolve the situation.
If the subscription is canceled:
- Contact Promob Support to verify the reason.
4. Verify that the account you accessed is the correct account.
- To do this, click on the account name in the upper right corner;
- In My Accounts, locate the correct account.
