To delete the temporary files, click on the browser and execute the step by step:

To delete temporary files:

1. Open an Internet Explorer browser page;

2. With the browser window open, press the Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys simultaneously;

3. Check the Temporary Internet files and website data and Cookies and website data options, and then click Delete;

4. Wait while files are deleted;

To delete temporary Chrome files:

1. Open Google Chrome;

2. With the browser window open, simultaneously press the Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys;

3. In Time range, select the period of exclusion of the files;

4. Afterwards, check the options Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files;

5. Click Clear data;

6. Wait while the files are deleted;

To delete temporary Mozilla Firefox files:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox;

2. With the browser window open, simultaneously press the Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys;

3. In Time range to clear, select the period for deleting files. After, check the Cache and Cookies options, click Ok;

4. Wait while the files are deleted;
