What happens?
When updating Promob, the message Errors occurred during the installation process. Make sure Promob is closed before proceeding is displayed.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the Promob Update identifies that one of the Promob files or folders is being used by another process.
What to do?
Solution 1: update Promob again
1. Click Ok for the Promob update to be performed again.
Solution 2: delete temporary files from Promob Update
1. Delete Promob Update temporary files;
2. Update Promob again.
Solution 3: disable antivirus
1. Disable the antivirus temporarily;
2. Try again. If the situation is corrected, configure the antivirus filters. If necessary, request assistance from a computer technician.
Solution 4: check Permissions
1. Request assistance from the IT technician to verify the administrative permissions of the user logged into Windows.
Solution 5: check ports, sites, IPs
1. We advise you to request assistance from the IT technician to check for the presence of Internet access limiters (proxy, firewall, antivirus, among others) that may be preventing the connection to Promob's server at the time of the update.
