What happens?
When starting the installation of Promob, the message Unauthorized access to the path is displayed, as shown in the image below.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the Promob installer has not been granted write permission.
What to do?
Solution 1: review the installer folder
1. Check if the downloaded installation folder is not mixed with the existing installation folder, for example: Bin, Files, Program, System, Uninstall and PromobInstaller;
2. In this case, exclude the other folders and keep only Bin, Files and PromobInstaller;
3. Perform manual installation of Promob.
Solution 2: run setup as administrator
1. Close the displayed screen and cancel the installation;
2. Open the downloaded folder, then right-click on the Promob Installer application;
3. Select the option Run this program as administrator;
4. Restart the computer, disable the antivirus and try the installation again.
Solution 3: reinstall without replacing files
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Promob or C:\Program Files\Promob folder;
2. Rename the Common folder to _Common, if there is also the Promob folder in question, rename it by inserting _ in front of the nomenclature;
3. Start installation process again.
