What is a Promob subscription?
A Promob subscription allows you to keep using a Promob Software after you sign up through our sales channels.
With this subscription, the serial number remains active and through it, you access Promob, enjoy all the functionalities available in the Software, receive constant updates via the internet and also have online or telephone Technical Support.
All these services are available for 30 days, and to have access to them, you must renew your subscription during the current month, on the date chosen by you in the Portal account settings.
Why renew your subscription?
You must pay for the renewal to keep your access to Promob active, receive the latest Promob version updates, and receive online or telephone technical support when there are questions or difficulties in using Promob.
What happens if I don't pay the subscription renewal?
If you do not pay for the subscription renewal, access to Promob is unavailable and your serial number does not receive the latest product updates, in addition, Technical Support, online or by phone, is unavailable.
The non-renewal of the subscription does not generate any financial pendency with Promob, however, when choosing not to renew, the value of the next monthly fee will be retroactive, adding the value of the renewal of the previous months not paid, with the renewal of the current month.
|IMPORTANT: If the renewal payment for three consecutive months is not identified, the subscription is automatically canceled, making access to Promob impossible, with the need for a new subscription.|
Who can pay for the subscription?
All users, being an individual or legal entity, who adhere to Promob's Software.
Where is the subscription information registered?
All information regarding subscription, such as value, modality, and grace period, are registered in the registration of each product, available in the customer's Commercial Policies.
Why does a subscription differ from one product to another?
This happens due to the negotiation carried out with each manufacturer, according to the tools and functionalities made available in the Software. The commercial policy of each manufacturer contains all the information about the accession and maintenance value of the subscriptions linked to the factory.
