What happens?
When you try to activate Promob, you get the message: You do not have permission to accept the Use Terms and Privacy Policy.
Why does it happen?
The situation occurs because the user used at login does not have permission to accept the terms from the activation page directly on Promob.
What to do?
To do this, follow the solutions described below:
Solution 1: Log in with the Administrator user
1. Close all screens. Repeat the process of opening and activating using an administrator account user.
Solution 2: Accept the terms of use from the Promob Service Portal
1. To access and accept the terms of use, click here.
2. Check the option indicated and click I Accept (with any user).
3. Reopen Promob and test the situation again if necessary.
