Setting an expiration date allows the manufacturer to control the period during which a customer can subscribe to a specific product.
When an expiration date is set, the customer can only make a new subscription until the defined deadline. After this period, the date must be updated to allow new subscriptions.
IMPORTANT: This procedure can only be performed after the purchase request has been Approved and only by a user with the Manufacturer profile.
1. Access the Promob Service Portal.
2. Go to the Manufacturer tab – Purchase Authorizations.
3. Use the filters to locate the request with the status Authorized. To do this, click the Filters button.
4. The sidebar will appear, check the Authorized option, and click Apply Filters.
5. Next, the purchase authorizations with the Authorized status will be displayed. Click on the desired Request Number.
6. In the left sidebar, under the Expiration Date menu, set an expiration date in the field and then click Save.
IMPORTANT: The expiration date must be equal to or later than the current date.
