Is it possible to change the company registration of a Portal account?
It is not possible to change the company registration (NIF, RUT, RUC, RC, VAT, VATIN, FEDERAL TAX ID, SALES TAX - ID) of a Portal account. In this case, you need to register a new account.
How to change the corporate name of a Portal account?
1. Register a request to Promob indicating that you want to change the company name, and attach a copy of the company bylaws to the request.
Is it possible to transfer subscriptions from a Portal account of one company registry to another account of another company registry?
Promob subscriptions are non-transferable according to the contract. However, some situations are taken into account when transferring subscriptions to another account. What are they:
If the subscriptions are in a company registered account:
- When there are common partners in both registries (NIF, RUT, RUC, RC, VAT, VATIN, FEDERAL TAX ID, SALES TAX - ID).
- When there is purchase and sale between the companies (if there is a contract, what proof)
If the subscriptions are in an account with person registration:
- We transfer for an account with company registration, only if the name of the person responsible for the personal registration is in the company registration document, as a partner.
- We transfer if there is a death certificate.

IMPORTANT: Before attaching the documentation, make sure of the following information:
1. Make sure you have an account on the Portal with the registration of the company that will receive the subscriptions. To transfer, you need an account on the Portal to receive the subscriptions.
2. Make sure that the account in the Portal that will receive the subscriptions, has a purchase intention approved by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has not approved the purchase for the receiving account, it will not be possible to transfer the subscriptions.
3. Check the serial numbers that will be transferred and inform in the email.
4. Inform in the email which Portal account (NIF, RUT, RUC, RC, VAT, VATIN, FEDERAL TAX ID, SALES TAX - ID) will receive the subscriptions.
IMPORTANT: Designs carried out in the Assignor account (Current Account) do not migrate to the Assignee account (New Account), so it is necessary to export the designs after importing them into Promob logged in to the new account, if necessary.
It is only possible to transfer subscriptions with active status, that is, with the subscription renewal up to date. If you do not meet these criteria, unfortunately, we cannot transfer.
