BLADE Macro for Cyflex 900
It is necessary on Cyflex 900 machines to paste this macro into the machine path. It must be replaced inside the Xilog Plus/FXC/Cyflex folder.
IMPORTANT: Call the Technician (see Technical Contacts) to carry out the operation, as we cannot tamper with the machines. To download the macro click here.
What does the BLADE macro do?
Fix the communication between this tear command and the LONG. It unifies these two commands into one, resulting in the machine guaranteeing 100% rips.
Cyflex 900 - Maximum stride length
In the field Maximum stride length in Blade command (mm), due to some situations that have occurred, leave it set to 650 mm. Today is entering 540 mm default.
Plugin configuration of the PratixS machining center
1. Setting up the integration system
To start the configuration of the Pratix-S machine plug-in, we must first choose with which integration software the programs for the machine will be generated. This information must be collected in advance with the customer at deployment. To configure, just select the option in the Machine tab of the plug-in:
2. Tools registration
We must register the tools used in the machine, making sure that the code is registered the same as the registration in the machine's software.
Saw Registration:
Registration of Mills:
Configure Setup
We configure the setup normally, marking the operation options desired by the customer for the programs to be generated:
Unconformity in the first generation of CNC programs on Cyflex 900 TechZ1 TechZ2 machines, Redistributable files
If unconformity occurs during deployment, perform the procedures described below.
This situation occurs when the plugin tries to generate CNC programs and cannot find some Windows components to transform generated machine files.
This application is called WinXiso and can be found at: C:\Program Files\Promob\{Library}\Program\bin\CNCPlugins\Utils\{CNC Machine}\Winxiso.exe
Winxiso requires the C++ libraries (C++ Redistributable Packages) to be installed on your computer, and it doesn't work if it doesn't finds them.
To fix the situation, just update Windows, whatever, up to the latest updates. It is also possible to identify which of the C++ Redistributable Packages is missing and install it. To download them, click here.
To install them, it is necessary to install them increasingly depending on the Windows version (X86 or X64). Install as follows:
1. Install version 2005
2. Install version 2008
3. Install version 2010
