The Apply suction command feature is available on machines that have integration with the upper Maestro.
Configuration
For the command to be included in the generated programs, it is necessary to enable the functionality:
1. Access the desired machine, and select Machine1.
2. On the machine edit screen, enable Apply suction command.
3. When enabling Apply suction command, the Suction cup code command will be automatically displayed, this field is used in the command.
IMPORTANT: The suction command code is filled in automatically, and the default value is H75-M-145X145.
Command
When enabling the Maestro Suction command, the file. generated xcs, will now include the following command lines:
SetBarPosition ([id], [position along the X axis]);
SetSuctionCupPosition ([id], [position along the Y axis], [angle of rotation], [code]);
IMPORTANT: All parameters except the code are fixed values, the code is configured on the machine's edit screen.
