When a 3D design is created, modules with the same depth, height, thickness of parts, clearance distances, and fittings are normally used. To facilitate these configurations, Promob provides the Features Configurator tool.
Through a series of variables, Promob allows adjustments in the standard measurements of the furniture. It is possible to define before starting the design, or after finishing it, the height of the lower counters, cabinet depths, among others. These adjustments can be made to each design and is intended to speed up the process since the user does not need to change the module dimensions individually.

How to save and access the settings in the Features Configurator
Changes made on the Features Configurator are automatically saved after the first change. The changed word identifies which setting has been changed.
By clicking the indicated arrow, the settings above the dotted line are the Manufacturer's default settings. Those located below the dotted line are the settings changed by Promob user.
To delete settings, with it selected, click on Delete. Remembering that exclusions will only be allowed for changed settings. System settings cannot be deleted.
To cancel the changes made, click on cancel or on close. All changes made will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: Promob saves the dimension settings that were made in the project together with the .promob file. This way, when the project is opened on other computers, if a compatible configuration is not found, the settings are displayed as Project Configuration.
How to rename settings edited in the Features Configurator
After finding the desired configuration, click on rename button, on the open screen enter the new configuration name.
Then click OK.
How to duplicate settings in the Features Configurator
To duplicate, select the desired configuration and click the Duplicate Configuration option.
Enter the name of the configuration and click OK.
How to transfer settings created in the Features Configurator to another computer
There are two ways to transfer the settings made in the Features Configurator.
The first of them consists in accessing the File - Export - Dimensions Configuration menu.
IMPORTANT: it is necessary to save the settings before exporting them to other computers.
To import the dimensions settings click on the menu File - Import - Dimensions Configuration.
The second way to transfer the settings is by accessing the Features Configurator. On the screen, locate the configuration you want to export and then click on the option indicated. Save the file where you want.
To import the configuration to another computer, access the Features Configurator and click on the option indicated, locate the file exported from that computer and complete the import.
How to apply Features Configurator settings to modules and 3D design
The Features Configurator allows applying the changes made in three ways. The options are:
Apply: the settings made are applied in the next items to be inserted in the project. The selected setting will be the default for the next 3D design
Apply to selected items: the settings made are applied to the selected items in the 3D design also to the next items to be inserted
Apply to existent items: the settings made are applied to all items in the 3D design also to the next items to be inserted.
