IMPORTANT: Procedure for Promob version 5.60.24.0 or higher, with CiC3 integration.
What happens?
When you open Promob, you see the message Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some features of this application, the message directs you to the Client-Desktop-Service application and the directory D:\program files\promob\promob plus\program\desktopservide\client-desktop-service.exe.
Why does it happens?
Access permissions have not been realised.
What to do?
Permission to open Promob, to do this:
1. In the message that appears, tick the option Domain networks, such as the workplace network, and the option Private networks, such as my home or corporate network.
2. Click Allow Access.
3. Promob opens normally.
IMPORTANT: this procedure is only performed once, after which the message is no longer displayed.
